Despite multiple requests no one appeared to open the safe after waiting for them to appear as promised. Room safe was locked and directions were worn off and illegible.
The carpets are worn and the decor is outdated. Rooms: the rooms are in need of upgrades. This is the only food service available if you don’t want to leave the hotel. Food available from their Market Place is tasteless and not worth the price. The mediocre breakfast buffet is overpriced.
Food: Even a small continental Breakfast is not included. You need to have a car and then deal with the confusing interweaving roads and the Boston traffic OR walk to the T. Location: There are no restaurants or stores near the hotel.
