They offer apologies but then proceed to tell me that there aren’t any rooms available with a king like we requested, and if they could offer us a room with two queens. Dirty towels on the floor, trash, the bed wasn’t made. We went to the new room and it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Now I’m sure the hotel room sanitized… it took 15 minutes to get in touch with the front desk and they asked if I wanted the maid to come up and clean it and remove the underwear or if we wanted a new room. Our first room had ladies underwear on the door handle of the bathroom. Their staff didn’t smile at all, which I don’t blame them, always having to make excuses for the pore quality of their rooms and services.
